Bar Method



I am a big fan of the Bar Method.  It is a one hour bar-based workout that tones and shapes your body targeting your arms, thighs, glutes, and abs.  It also satisfies my inner ballet desire as I used to take ballet as a little girl.  I love how within one hour, I get cardio, stretching, and toning all in one class, making me feel amazing to conquer the rest of the day.  As an avid runner, I am all about getting my heart rate up!  I use the Bar Method app to help plan out my workouts–a plus in my book especially when I have a baby schedule to accommodate.  I am looking forward to getting back to my pre-pregnancy shape with the Bar Method!

  1. This is an amazing exercise class. These movements look simply, but they work deep and hard. My thighs burn and tremble just looking at the picture. I highly recommend checking out Morning Espresso’s post whether you are a new mom or not.
