I’ve never been one to wear a lot of pink, but I just can’t get enough of the beautiful blush pink these days. It’s almost a neutral (similar to a camel color), if you ask me, but with just the right bright pop. I love seeing it in outerwear as a statement coat — goes with all your dark denim, navy, black, gray…and that striped shirt!
Happy Monday! We had a gorgeous weekend in the South Bay and our little family of three strolled through the Sunnyvale Art and Wine Festival this Sunday. It was the perfect opportunity to get some outfit shots in (I know, it has been a while). I still need to be creative in choosing what to wear since I can’t quite fit into all my old clothes. However, given it’s my last month of maternity leave, I’ve finally buckled down on my workout regime (more on what I’m doing later this week!).
Hope you all had a relaxing weekend. We’ve still got a few more weeks until it’s officially summer, but it sure does feel like it in our neck of the woods!

Here’s a little outfit inspiration for your Wednesday. It’s a great transition outfit from spring to summer. Like the title says, it’s the perfect look for a walk in Central Park…or for some window shopping. Happy Wednesday!
I hope everyone had a great long weekend! There were a lot of sales going on both on-line and in-store. I picked up this Michael Kors Greenwich Saffiano handbag for 50% off. Michael Kors has done it again (!) with a beautiful line of structured handbags. The line comes in both a large and medium size (pictured is the navy bag in large) with a variety of colors. I love how the interior is lined in a different color. Apologize for the Instagram-only photos. I can’t wait to style the bag and hope to post more photos.
Have a wonderful start to the week!

Good morning! Here’s another bold-colored, fall dress I wore over the weekend while on the east coast. I love the shape of this dress: the boat neck shoulders moving to a sleek pencil skirt at the bottom. It was perfect for the warm weather we were experiencing in New Jersey. While I don’t normally wear head-to-toe red, this red was the right shade of bright and warm…and quite eye-catching!
So close to the weekend!

A favorite dress I wore in Bali is this swing-silhouette number. It was another warm night and we were on our way to dinner. The free form dress kept me cool and I just love the combination of color and pattern against the lush Bali foliage. Unfortunately, I didn’t get many pictures of this dress, but here I am in the hotel lobby ready for a night out!

As you may have heard me say many times before, the weather in Asia is hot and humid this time of year. While the first few photos above look like I was standing in a decrepit house, I was visiting Anping Tree House in Tainan, Taiwan, in which an old warehouse was taken over by a huge Banyan tree. The roots have expanded and permeated through much of the structure. Some say the house is haunted, and while there is a somewhat eerie feeling while walking through it, from an aerial view on top of the steps, the site is beautiful.
Following a day of site-seeing, a must-do is stopping by one of Taiwan’s famous shaved ice vendors. My favorite flavor is mango and as you can see they serve huge chunks of fresh cut mango with the shaved ice! So good.

Good morning! Hope you all had a great long weekend. We headed down to LA to see family and it was truly a full weekend. When you have eight nieces and nephews…it takes a lot of energy to keep up with them! My sister-in-law hosted a pool party on Saturday for her daughter’s college graduation and these photos were taken right before we left for the party.
It’s back to work this week — while it was definitely difficult to get out of bed this morning, it feels good to be home. Hope you have a wonderful week!

A pre-dinner walk along the beach with your main squeeze is probably one of the most romantic things you can do…
…especially when it’s in Hawaii!

I am back in the Bay Area after a wonderful six days in Hawaii. Our vacation was everything I could have hoped for — laying out by the pool, playing water sports in the ocean, gobbling up delicious fresh food, and sipping tropical drinks under the shining sun.
I took these photos right before we went to dinner at Roy’s. The sun just set so the background is a little darker than usual. I love the spark of color in this neon yellow skirt. It accents the black and white tee so well and shines so bright against the night sky.
It’s hard to get back to the daily grind, but I can say I came back home feeling refreshed! Hope you have a great day! xoxo
