Happy 1st of October! Wow, how time flies. To celebrate the new month, I decided to wear this jeweled short-sleeve sweatshirt.
It’s hard to tell in the photo, but the jewels have a purple hue and are hand-sewn onto the shirt. The perfect combination of luxe and laid-back.
It’s going to be a busy month coming up, both in and outside of work, but I’m looking forward to every minute of it!
Thanks for stopping by! xoxo

It’s a polka dot kind of Tuesday! This week is looking to be crazy busy at work so I’m keeping this post short…hope everyone is having a wonderful start to the week!
Dress (ASOS, old, love this drop-waist version) / Blazer (Aqua, old, like this version) / Belt (ASOS, sold out – similar here) / Shoes (Pour la Victoire, similar here) / Bracelets (Baublebar and Gorjana) / Rings (old, from Asia) / Sunglasses (Prada)
As a business consultant, I am always on the constant look-out to refresh my work wardrobe. When I saw this blue pencil skirt on sale at J. Crew, I snatched it up pretty quickly. Pencil skirts are a tried and true way to dress for work and nearly goes with everything, from silk blouses to wool sweaters. I kind of wish I had grabbed a few more colors of this skirt!
Side note: I realize that I’ve been on a blue color kick lately, but for some reason it’s the color I gravitate towards in the morning. I guess my solution for fighting the winter blues is to wear more blue. 🙂
Sweater (old, loving this version here) / Skirt (J.Crew No. 2 Pencil skirt) / Bag (J. Crew Edie) / Shoes (Pour La Victoire, selling fast here) / Bracelets (XL Buckle-up Blue Leather bracelet from Wanderlust & Co, Disco Cone Cuff from Baublebar) / Sunglasses (Tom Ford)
