Happy Monday – hope you had a great first-of-spring weekend! This was the outfit I wore to a pizza and game night on Saturday. I kept it super casual with a white tee and jeans and added a pop of color with my new scarf. San Francisco nights can get chilly so the scarf kept me warm all night. The pizza and wine were good, but unfortunately, my team didn’t win any of the two games we played!
On another game note, are any of you following March Madness? How many upsets did we see these last couple of days?! It’s been crazy and my bracket is hanging on by a thread.
Have a great start to your week! xoxo

Hello! How was everyone’s Memorial Day weekend? I spent the weekend in LA visiting the hubby’s family and attending a friend’s birthday pool party. Since my birthday had just passed, we also celebrated with a super-cool and hip dinner at Ink. in West Hollywood. From cocktails to apps to main course and dessert, everything was so delicious! More photos to come on the food we ordered and who the restaurant’s main chef is…
This was the outfit I wore for the birthday dinner. I decided to get creative and put together two ‘oldies but goodies’ pieces from my closet to create something different: a floral spaghetti strap dress + a long sweater vest in a complimentary color. I love my Prabal Gurung for Target strappy sandals and thought the hint of neon was perfect for the outfit. All in all, I had a blast celebrating my birthday in LA!
How was your weekend? I had a whirlwind weekend filled with wedding festivities, trying out Drybar (a blowdry bar), and a work party/bbq. Phew, it was tough to get up this morning!
A couple of photos from this past weekend’s wedding extravaganza. My close friend from college got married at St. Matthew’s Church in San Mateo and ended the evening with an amazing reception party at The Box SF. I have yet to go through all the photos from the weekend…stay tuned for more photos!

Happy Monday! Hope you all had a good weekend. This was casual Sunday wear this past weekend. I recently bought a pair of Gap 1969 legging skimmer jeans in pale blue and this pair is my go-to when I’m off-duty from work. Not all skinny jeans are easy to get into and may not even fit right, but this one is fairly soft and fits like a glove. The light wash is perfect for spring weather and goes with just about everything in my closet. I also did not need to get the jeans hemmed, which is definitely a plus!
Jeans (Gap) / Shirt (Gap, similar style) / Jacket (A-thread, similar version) / Bag (BCBG, different color one) / Shoes (Prabal Gurung x Target, still available here) / Sunglasses (Tom Ford)
I bought these pretty lace-up pumps from the Prabal Gurung x Target collaboration about two weeks ago. It’s been a while since I’ve worn lace-up heels and decided to use them as my starting point for today’s outfit. A black velvet blazer lends a bit of sophistication to the bouncy pink skirt. The gold cuff from April M (also seen in this post) makes a chic wrist statement. I also borrowed a rose from a bouquet the hubby bought last week. I must say, it all felt very Parisian!
